Work to be done by the web page administrator

Create the link on the topic page.

Note: the link will require the following information.

• project name,
• topic,
• full institution list

The administrator will use the first listed institution name and information from the project name to compose a UniqueRoot for links within the webpage system related to this project.

• Compose a UniqueRoot for this project.
• Go to the appropriate "topic" page.
• Edit
• Insert an entry of the form:

$ *Institution1, Institution2, Institution3*: [[UniqueRoot][(project name)]] 

• save
