Test BPM in diagnostic line

A test BPM is planned to be installed in the diagnostic line to test buttons that will be installed in the FFAG section. The chamber for this test BPM includes a taper from the smaller diagnostic beam pipe diameter to the FFAG beam pipe diameter.
