Direct Calls Over IP

1. The polycom viewstation is labelled with the name and ip number.
   • Wilson Commons = vcs232, 128.84.46.232
   • Large Conference Room = vcs231, 128.84.46.231
   • Small Conference Room = vcs744, 128.84.47.44
   • LEPP Trailer Conference Room = vcs71, 128.84.44.71
   • Newman = vcs729, 128.84.47.29
   • Spare = vcs149, 128.84.45.149
2. If the other party calls you, then the polycom should be "not busy" and the TV should be on.
3. If you call the other party, then with the polycom remote you can click "Video Call" on the main menu of the polycom, enter the other party's ip address, and click enter to make the call.
