Substitute the names of your pucks and samples. Delete sample names, or lines, lines, which are not present.

Our preferred format is based on what is in use at BNL. Some success may be achieved with spreadsheets intended for other facilities, including SSRL and IMCA-CAT, but no guarantees are made.
