Damping Ring Baseline Configuration Study

The goal of the Baseline Configuration Study was to arrive at a documented baseline configuration for the damping rings by the end of 2005. A number of task forces were formed to carry out specific studies of the various options available.

Configuration Changes

Positron Damping Ring

The proposal is to use a single positron damping ring rather than the two rings specified in the original baseline.
