Network Disruptions: Tuesday, 20-Aug-2024 @ 10:00 AM
On Tuesday, 20-Aug-2024, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, please expect intermittent network disruptions as we install an upgraded hardware component. There is also a possibility of network glitches during the remainder of the week. On Tuesday, 20-Aug-2024, starting at 11:00 AM, the ScreenConnect service will be unavailable for up to one hour for maintenance. During this time, you will be disconnected from existing remote sessions, and you will not be able to start new remote sessions. Over the last two weeks, several users have reported being unable to log into CLASSE webpages. If you are experiencing this problem, please let us know by submitting a ServiceRequest. We would appreciate additional input as we work towards a solution.General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. The CLASSE-IT group will always announce any expected disruptions in our NewsLetter and via CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. Unless other arrangements have been made, CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM, so please avoid critical or lengthy operations at that time.
