simGUI is a set of Matlab scripts that allow a user to interact with an already existing GPT or Astra input file. It allows one to change various machine or particle distribution settings, run the simulations, and then view the output in various ways. Furthermore, it allows the user to specify the layout of the GUI interface itself with an input file. It was written in Matlab to make it easier to modify the code, whether it's adding interfaces to new simulations, or new ways of analyzing the data.
The GUI and its components were written primarily by Adam Bartnik and Colwyn Gulliford.
