ScreenConnect Update: Tuesday, 24-Oct-2023 @ 10:30 AM
On Tuesday, 24-Oct-2023, starting at 10:30 AM, the
ScreenConnect service will be unavailable for up to one hour for maintenance. During this time, you will be disconnected from existing remote sessions, and you will not be able to start new remote sessions. Please submit a
ServiceRequest if you have any questions or concerns.

At 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 24-Oct-2023, maintenance will be conducted on the CLASSE virtual machine cluster. Although no interruptions are expected, you may experience a momentary pause in access to the following servers and services.
AppsAnywhere Update: Tuesday, 24-Oct-2023 @ 2:30 PM
On Tuesday, 24-Oct-2023, at 2:30 PM, the
AppsAnywhere server will be updated, resulting in a very brief outage. After the update, if you find that you cannot launch any apps using the web interface, please reboot your computer. If the problem persists after the reboot, please submit a
ServiceRequest.
General network and server maintenance will occur every Tuesday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM. The CLASSE-IT group will always announce any expected disruptions in our
NewsLetter and via
CLASSE-IT-NEWS-L, but with the size and complexity of our network there is always the potential for something to go wrong. We will do our best to contain all network maintenance and planned outages to Tuesdays from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM.
Unless other arrangements have been made,
CLASSE-managed Windows systems may be updated and rebooted on Tuesday morning at 2:00 AM, so please avoid critical or lengthy operations at that time. For more details, please see
